Gregory A. Brown, Founder & Principal

As an entrepreneur, operating executive and private equity investor, Greg has significant experience in the development, financing and execution of business building. Through Delta Ventures, Greg advises companies and their investors on product and business development strategy, capital formation, and mergers and acquisitions, and occasionally makes direct equity investments in those companies.

Previously at The Sienna Group, a middle market private equity investment group, Greg played a key role in the identification, transaction structuring, acquisition and development of several investments, including Banner Retail Marketing Group, a $40M+ marketing services company and Redwood Real Estate Partners, a commercial real estate investment and development company.

Prior to The Sienna Group, Greg co-founded an international supply chain management company serving middle market manufacturers through which he led a consolidation strategy. Greg previously launched, financed, built, and sold three technology companies: Application Methods, e-SELL Commerce Systems and Senada / Clarios. Greg has negotiated more than a dozen merger and acquisition term sheets and executed mergers and follow-on integration with many of those, including significant involvement in both sell-side and buy-side transactions, and has created business relationships with major partners and customers throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Greg holds dual MBA's from Columbia Business School in New York and the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and a B.S. in Business from the University of Idaho. He lives in Seattle with his wife, Erika and daughter, Madeline.
